SHIPPING
We ship nationwide only including Hawaii and Alaska, Contact us for shipping rates that are not listed prior to purchase.
We do Combine/ Reduce Shipping on multiple items, wait for invoice.
Products usually arrive within two weeks, large orders or unique designs may take longer. To get a general idea of the waiting time on a large order unique design please contact us.
We charge a standard shipping charge. We ship via USPS mail. Arrangements for expedited shipping can be made prior to purchase by contacting us.
In the event that an item is out of stock or on back-order, we will notify you via email.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our hands. Insurance is optional, and available at the request and cost of the buyer.
REFUNDS
Refunds are for defective items only. If you feel that you have a return, please email us for authorization and instructions. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
PAYMENT
We currently accept PayPal payments and money orders.
All returned payments are subject to a $30.00 surcharge.
